“Top 100 Mittelstand" - eHealth-Tec is one of the most innovative companies of 2021
eHealth-Tec is one of the top 100 companies in the small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sector 2021: at the beginning of the year, we received an award in the competition “TOP 100”, which annually selects the most innovative companies in Germany.
eHealth-Tec belongs to the top 100 most innovative companies in the SME sector 2021. Selected by an independent research team at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, led by Prof. Dr Nikolaus Franke, “TOP 100” annually selects those small- and medium-sized companies that make a unique contribution to the development of Germany as an innovative business location. The selection is based on 120 criteria from five specific categories: already achieved success in innovation, a good innovation climate, existing innovative processes and organisation, an external orientation/open innovation and an innovation-promoting top management.
Innovation at eHealth-Tec: our contribution to the digitalisation of the healthcare industry
We are proud that our innovative strength will be awarded the “TOP 100” seal in 2021. In recent years, we have achieved several milestones that contribute to the digitalisation of the entire healthcare industry. In 2020, for example, our e-prescription software was used nationwide in Germany’s largest e-prescription pilot project. Around 41,000 doctors, 13,000 pharmacies and over 30 million patients can already use the e-prescription. In addition, we have been optimising the entire care process in emergency rooms throughout Germany for many years with ERPath, relieving doctors and nurses.
“TOP 100” network: valuable partnerships
In addition to the award as one of the Top 100 SME companies, we are excited to be part of the network of other innovative companies in Germany.
The award makes us a member of the “Club of Excellence”, which offers numerous events to exchange ideas and knowledge. Together with other SMEs, we want to drive further innovation through valuable partnerships.
At the end of the year, the big “TOP 100” final 2021 is set to take place: In November, we are invited to the German SME Summit 2021, which Ranga Yogeshwar will lead as a mentor.
